Congratulations, Mike, on the milestone. I appreciated your comment that IABC's leaders "have their hearts in the right place and have a solid idea about where to take things." IABC, like a lot of big companies, can be criticized for a lot of things. When you see from the inside how decisions are made and implemented, your initial impressions sometimes change. I'm heartened to hear that you've seen reasons for optimism. Of course, we always want to voice our dissent when we think something or someone is off-base. That also can be easier from the inside, depending on the leadership and our approach.
