Mike, Doesn't this result in some sort of 'the end justifies the means' discussion? Don't get me wrong, I don't believe that all internal comms should be objective, but I do think that there is a time and place for it. And secondly, doesn't this vote in favor of inhouse internal communicators. I believe it's rather impossible for them to be objective, but I think it's easier to find the middleground. Liesbeth
