Interesting point re feedback (and thanks Mike for the nice comments). I suppose it's sort of inherent in the audience segmentation paradox... is it a dialogue (i.e, genuine two way conversation) in which feedback is synchronous, or is it the sort of "fake" two way (asynchronous) communication most IC people get away with (here's what we have to say. what did you think about it so we can change it next time?).
