A little comment to add that the keynote about branding emphasized over all the importance of being recognised as "different", and all the stuff about "your brand isn't yours anymore, now it belongs to your publics". Quite similar to Al Ries' 22 Marketing Laws. But I think he's right: good, solid ideas prevail over bad-but-with-a-lot-of-budget ideas. And I enjoyed very much Kevin Keohane's speech, but maybe he forgot in his analysis the feedback...is it possible to create a "solid" audience pattern with the feedback we get? Or do we need research?
