In large and dynamic organisations, a fair percentage of the internal communication that occurs is going to be confidential in nature. But one of the problems that emerges is that it is often difficult to determine whom is cleared to discuss which topics with whom.
I’d be curious to find out about how organisations are keeping track about whom may communicate with whom, and how they are developing communication mechanisms, vehicles and approaches to facilitate communication between those who have the right clearances. And I’m also curious about any thoughts and suggestions for ways this can be done better.
